Gathering Circle workshop Themes

Workshop Themes: All themes are intended to help empower us as we navigate our way through. Themes can be tailored for your particular group.

Examples of Themes: (3- 20 people)

• Menopause, what’s next? : Exploring our perceptions and expectations around a major life change for women
• Motherhood and more: Exploring our perceptions of being a mother, mothering our children, and mothering ourselves
• Dharma, Karma, and Me: Exploring where you are in your life and where you want to be. Using meta-cognition to understand and move our lives onto our path
• Heart Matters: Exploring how to keep our hearts filled with joy and openness when we feel and react to judgment, stress, and difficult situations.
• Transitions and Changes: Explore how we react to major and minor changes in our lives including those transitions that we choose and those chosen for us.
• Stress, Anxiety, and Overwhelmed: How to slow down and still accomplish what you need. Learning how to reframe our perceptions.
• Your theme- we can tailor a theme for you specific to your group.

Cost: In Person or online : $50

Rosh will provide all supplies for in person session. Participants will need to bring their yoga mats.
